Know your clients

• After a visit, Salon Bell can email the client a link to leave you a Google review, once you add your reviews link.

Keep the book full

• Clients reschedule or cancel online from the link in their confirmation email, up to the cutoff you set. Inside it, they’re asked to call you.
• Reminder emails go out before every appointment.
• A waitlist for full days: when someone cancels, waiting clients get an email with a link to book the free time.
