Clients book full sets, fills, lifts and brow appointments online with the artist they want, and every appointment blocks the right amount of time. $10 a month per location, unlimited staff, no booking fees.

Services with the right length
- Set how long each service takes, such as two hours for a full set and one hour for a fill.
- Give each artist their own length and price, for when one artist works faster or charges more.
- Add prep time before and clean-up time after, so the next client isn’t booked while you’re still resetting.
- Group services into Lashes and Brows, and show a starting price where it varies.
Notes for the next visit
Each client has a history and notes your team can read before the appointment: the style and lengths they liked, or the date of their patch test. Stylists see only their own clients.
Protect long appointments
- Set how many hours before an appointment clients can still change it online for free.
- Set a late-cancellation fee and a no-show fee. Clients see them, and accept your rules, before they book. Each booking keeps the version of the rules the client agreed to.
- Fees are collected at the studio. Online deposits are coming soon.
- Reminder emails go out before every appointment, and when someone cancels, clients on the waitlist are emailed a link to book the free time.

Solo or a small team
It works the same for one artist or several. Every artist is included in the price, and each can sign in to see their own appointments.
Questions
Can clients be asked to accept my policy before booking?
Yes. Your rules are shown in the last booking step and the client has to accept them to book. Each booking keeps the version they accepted.
Can I take a deposit for a full set?
Not yet; online deposits are coming soon. Until then, set late-cancellation and no-show fees that clients see before they book, and collect them at the studio.
Can I keep notes such as patch test dates?
Yes. Each client has notes and a visit history that your team can read before the appointment.
